In site and group settings, you can set announcements as often as you like. When users either come into the site or group, they will see the announcement but can then hide it. This is great for highlighting upcoming events, linking to other sites, or even making a post in GroupSwim sticky. You can add links in this section so people can just click away. To set announcements, you need to be a site owner or manager for the site and a group manager for the individual groups. In the menu bar under the header, you will see "Site settings" on the main page. It is in the same place for groups when you click into a group of the main page. Once you click on settings, you will see the link to "Announcements". Let us know if you have any questions on this feature.
