I'm supposed to be a manager/admin/whatever for newscale-yes at groupswim.  However, I don't see anything in the UI that would allow me to edit the title of a group or edit the contents of a discussion. The only edit button I see is the one that allows me to edit the title of a discussion.

Please advise. Am I not set up correctly to get these capabilities? Or am I missing something?

Hi Leslie,

When you click into a group on your site, you should see a place on the bar that says "Group Settings".  If you don't, it means you are not yet a manager of that group.  If you are a site manager, you can make yourself one.  Otherwise, you'll have to have whoever is the manager of the group make you one as well.  Once you are a manager of the group, you can do all of the above.  Let us know if you need more help.  Thanks.

Additionally,  to edit the content of a post that you wrote, you can click on the little "+" menu on the upper-right corner. This gives you a couple of options, including editing your post. Members can only edit portions that they wrote.

Hope this helps,

Luke (and the GroupSwim team)
