One of my forum members has a problem uploading her posts. Below's her email to me regarding it. Anyone knows what's wrong?
"my messages won't post to discussions, they just sit there for ages saying they are uploading but nothing ever happens...."

Can you send me some information from your user? Specifically, what browser she is using? Is she trying to upload an attachment? Embed video or a picture? Is the post really long? Also, what site is this for?

Here's the user's reply:
'I tried from home (standard XP setup, browser Explorer).
I also tried from the office (locked down government version of Vista, browser Explorer).
Neither worked. I was uploading text only....'
The post was a really short post (about 3 lines). And the site's for volunteer discussions for a Cambodian NGO Riverkids Project.
