We are pleased as punch to introduce you to the newest version of GroupSwim! This is the follow-on to our recent 'wiki pages' release, and features several powerful new tools for managers, various product enhancements, and bug fixes. A couple highlights...

Direct Add and Edit Profile for Managers

Managers just gained some powerful new tools to dramatically speed-up user adoption and better grow their communities. The new Direct Add feature lets you put members directly into your site without any invitation process. You can Bulk-Add members by uploading a CSV file. There is more control over member's profile settings and group memberships; you can edit someone's groups individually on their profile, or en masse from Manage Members.

Site linking and Site images for Everyone

We've enhanced the powerful Site Link tool to interconnect all your content. Now you can cross-link any discussions, wiki pages, and files in a site. Just use 'Insert Link' from the rich text editor. Similarly, we now allow you to Insert Images from your Site. Now you can upload an image from your computer, use one from the web, OR select one that's already been uploaded to the site. This will allow you to re-use common assets.

See below for the full list of changes (wow, that's a lot!). We hope you like these improvements.  Please let us know what you think here on the Pool, and as always, keeping on swimming!

Yours truly,
Team GroupSwim
